ABOUT THE COMPANY

Job Service International is the first company in Armenia to offer comprehensive employment services like those offered in Europe and America. We were formed with the assistance of IESC, USAID, RJ Associates (a Los Angeles California Executive Search company), along with the suggestion and assistance of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the UN administration of refugees and migration. Our company has previously collaborated with the National Assembly and the Government of the Republic of Armenia and is in the process of creation of the job law-book and sub legislative codes.

Job Service International has been fully trained in western methodologies encompassing all aspects of employment needs. Job Service International can provide expertise in areas such as identifying qualified candidates, defining hiring requirements for placement, interviewing skills, resume writing, candidate preparation, job description development, and salary negotiations.

1997-1998 Survey of Armenian job market and creation of a data base (we currently have over 5000 candidates registered).

1998 - For the first time our company also has tourism as one of our goals. Participating in different international tourism events, assemblies and exhibitions in the Athens, Istanbul and Moscow.

1999 - Company registration in acordance with the Armenian civil Law-book.

1999 - 2000 Participating in the development of the Armenian new job law-book.

The main goal of this agency is to search for professionals with experience in foreign firms.

High and middle level managers, directors, chief of section and their deputies (or vice-), employers in financial areas, chief financial officers, chief book-keepers, accountants, lawyers, managers, advertising managers, marketing personnel, public relations, office staff, personal assistants, office-managers, secretaries, and receptionists.
